Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in React, Node.js, Python, and

FastAPI to join our engineering team in Chennai. You’ll work on building scalable, high-performance

web applications by developing both frontend and backend components, designing REST APIs, and

integrating services across the stack. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-

quality software solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and intuitive frontend applications using

React (including state management and UI component libraries).

 Build and enhance backend services using Node.js and Python (FastAPI) frameworks,

delivering high-performance REST APIs and microservices.

 Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and third-party services to support seamless

user experiences.

 Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality

features on schedule.

 Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full stack.

 Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive best

practices and improve code quality.

 Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and automated test

suites.

 Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented

mindset.

Required Skills

 Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, including modern concepts like hooks, component-

Driven development and state management (Redux or equivalent).

 Backend: Solid experience in Node.js and Python with hands-on development using FastAPI

for RESTful services.

 Experience integrating frontend and backend applications via REST APIs.

 Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,

MongoDB).

 Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows for collaborative development and deployments.

 Good understanding of application performance optimisation, data handling, and responsive

design.

 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

 Experience with TypeScript in frontend or backend development.

 Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration concepts.

 Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment practices.

 Previous exposure to automated testing frameworks for frontend and backend (e.g., Jest,

Pytest).

 Familiarity with state management libraries, observability tools, or microservices

• architecture.
