About the Role
Globeia is looking for an experienced Head of Organic Growth & SEO to lead our end-to-end organic growth strategy across multiple international websites. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can independently own technical SEO, keyword strategy, content planning, link building, analytics, and website performance.
You will work closely with the Content Head and leadership team to build Globeia's organic presence across Canada, India, the UK, and other global markets. While the content team will execute content creation, you will be responsible for driving the overall SEO roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring every initiative contributes to higher rankings, qualified traffic, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Globeia's complete SEO strategy across multiple domains and international markets.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, and site performance issues.
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and search intent mapping.
- Develop quarterly and monthly SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Content Head to create SEO-focused content briefs, topic clusters, and content optimization strategies.
- Plan and execute backlink acquisition strategies through outreach, digital PR, partnerships, and high-authority placements.
- Monitor and improve website health, internal linking, crawlability, schema implementation, and on-page optimization.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions, and other SEO KPIs using industry-standard tools.
- Lead SEO efforts for Globeia's international websites, including geo-targeting, hreflang implementation, and multi-country SEO strategies.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO best practices.
- Provide regular SEO reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven success in growing organic traffic.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and International SEO.
- Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or country-specific domains.
- Expertise in keyword research, content strategy, topical authority, and search intent optimization.
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and indexing.
- Experience collaborating with content teams and developers.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and measure SEO campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with international or multi-country websites.
- Experience in service-based businesses, SaaS, immigration, legal, or B2B industries.
- Understanding of AI search, AI Overviews, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Experience building high-quality backlink strategies and improving domain authority.
Working Details
- Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (IST)
