Biotastic Health Systems is on a mission to redefine human recovery and longevity. We build and sell professional-grade cold therapy, heat therapy, and red light therapy solutions — and we partner with gyms, wellness centers, medical spas, and biohacking studios to bring them to life.

We manufacture in-house, install ourselves, and obsess over every partner relationship.

The Role:

This isn't a maintain-the-status-quo job.

As Head of Operations, you own everything that makes Biotastic actually work — manufacturing, supply chain, field installations, partner fulfillment, and the team that holds it together.

You'll be the person who ensures products ship on time, installations go smoothly, and ensure our B2B partners keep coming back.

What You'll Own:

Manufacturing & Production:

• Keep production running on schedule and to quality spec — no excuses.
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) across the shop floor.
• Plan capacity proactively so the team is never caught off guard by demand.

Supply Chain & Procurement:

• Own supplier relationships, inventory levels, and logistics end-to-end.
• Build a supply chain resilient enough to handle real-world chaos.
• Negotiate hard, plan smarter, and make sure nothing runs out.

Field Services & Installation:

• Manage our technician teams and own the full installation experience.
• Build SOPs, training programs, and post-installation service protocols.
• Track what matters: first-time fix rates, resolution times, and partner satisfaction.

B2B Fulfillment & Partner Experience:

• Own the order lifecycle from PO to partner handover — no dropped balls.
• Work with sales to align on timelines and proactively manage escalations.
• Spot operational gaps before they hurt repeat order rates.

Team, Systems & Finance:

• Build and lead a team across production, supply chain, and field services.
• Implement ERP/MRP and FSM tools that actually get used.
• Coordinate with Finance department for balance and schedule product deliveries on time.

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior operations leadership in a manufacturing environment — hardware, wellness tech, medical devices, or similar.
• Hands-on experience managing field service or installation teams across locations.
• Solid grip on supply chain, logistics, and procurement fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and Field Service Management platforms.
• Someone who leads with data and communicates with clarity.

Languages:

• English – Mandatory
• Hindi – Preferred
• Tamil – Good to have, not a dealbreaker

Bonus Points If You Have

• Background in HVAC, water systems, sauna, or electro-medical equipment.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience scaling operations across multiple cities or countries.
• Prior P&L ownership.
