Marketing Head (0→1 Growth Specialist)
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Head who has proven experience in building and scaling marketing functions from 0 to 1. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in SaaS / B2B / product startups and has successfully driven growth from scratch.
You will be responsible for owning the entire marketing function end-to-end, including brand, demand generation, positioning, and growth, while working closely with leadership, sales, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. 0→1 Marketing Ownership
- Build and scale the marketing function from scratch
- Define the overall marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Establish processes, tools, and team structure
2. Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive end-to-end demand generation across:
- Digital, performance marketing, content, SEO/SEM, and outbound
- Build scalable growth engines with strong ROI focus
- Work closely with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue
3. Brand & Positioning
- Define and own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Build strong brand presence across channels
- Lead PR, thought leadership, and employer branding initiatives
4. Team Building & Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and scale the marketing team
- Foster a performance-driven and data-focused culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership
5. Analytics & Performance
- Define KPIs and track marketing performance
- Optimize campaigns based on data and insights
- Continuously improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience in 0→1 marketing build and scaling
- Strong background in SaaS / B2B / product startups
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and pipeline generation
Functional Expertise
- Demand generation & performance marketing
- Content, inbound & outbound marketing
- SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing
- Brand building and GTM strategy
Leadership Skills
- Experience in building and leading marketing teams
- Strong stakeholder management (founders, sales, product)
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Good-to-Have
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Exposure to AI / tech-driven products
- Prior startup or high-growth environment experience
