About Nuvora Stays:

Nuvora Stays is building a hospitality brand that goes beyond accommodation—we aim to create memorable experiences. We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Head to build our brand presence from the ground up and lead our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build the complete brand storytelling journey from Day One.
• Design a six-month marketing roadmap covering research, branding, SEO, content strategy, and campaign planning.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Lead and coordinate creative campaigns across digital platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
• Build and strengthen Nuvora Stays' digital presence.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Create compelling scripts and engaging captions for social media.
• Identify and implement relevant hashtags to maximize content reach.
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories consistently.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions professionally.
• Build and manage influencer and brand collaborations.
• Develop automated responses for customer inquiries and social media interactions.
• Track and analyse social media insights, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Possess a basic understanding of Meta Ads and campaign optimization.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong creative thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in script writing, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Basic understanding of photography, videography, and camera handling.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and content performance tracking.
