Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function across our fintech brands. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role where you'll shape marketing direction, drive customer acquisition, and build a high-performing team that delivers measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Own the company's SEO, content marketing, paid media, email marketing, and demand generation strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop high-impact content strategies that improve organic growth and customer engagement.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team by creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Coach junior and underperforming team members through structured development plans.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, and ROI to make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively while maximizing return on investment.
- Ensure all marketing communications maintain accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Leadership.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Strong experience in Fintech or Financial Services marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, and Growth Strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS or fintech products.
- Multi-brand marketing experience.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing campaigns.
