FOCUS: OFFLINE MARKETING & PERFORMANCE MARKETING

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the brand and drive demand generation.
  • Spearhead both ATL and BTL marketing initiatives to reach diverse audiences effectively.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on marketing trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Brand Management

  • Shape and protect the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize market research and data analytics to refine messaging and positioning.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build cross-functional collaboration within the marketing team and with other departments.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and success within the team.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget with a focus on frugal thinking and maximizing ROI.
  • Optimize resource allocation across various marketing channels to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.

Integrated Campaign Execution

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

  • Leverage both digital and traditional media to create cohesive and compelling marketing efforts.
  • Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Stay ahead of market trends and shifts in the EdTech sector to keep the brand competitive.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of competitors' marketing strategies and adjust brand’s approach accordingly.
  • Utilize insights from data and analytics to guide marketing decisions and strategy.

Problem Solving and Innovation

  • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, identifying innovative solutions that drive growth.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, where new ideas and approaches are tested and adopted.
  • Promote frugal thinking, ensuring that all marketing efforts are both effective and cost-efficient.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on ATL and BTL activities.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and brand success within the EdTech or similar sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Mastery of digital marketing, brand management, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Frugal thinker with a passion for optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact.
