Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Bharat Buildcon is looking for highly experienced, result-oriented and self-driven sales professionals to drive exhibitor booth sales, sponsorship sales and strategic industry partnerships.
The candidate will be responsible for independently generating revenue through field sales, client meetings, relationship management and business development activities.
The role requires extensive travel, face-to-face meetings and direct interaction with CEOs, business owners, industry associations and senior corporate decision makers.
MANDATORY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Candidate must have prior experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Exhibition Sales
- Trade Fair Sales
- Media Sales
- Sponsorship Sales
- Industrial B2B Sales
- Real Estate Sales
- Building Materials Industry Sales
- Infrastructure Sector Sales
- Advertising Sales
- Corporate Sales
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
- Independent Revenue Generator
- Candidate must be capable of independently generating and closing business.
- Should not require continuous supervision.
Existing Industry Network
Candidates having existing relationships with any of the following will be highly preferred:
- Building Material Manufacturers
- Industry Associations
- Architects
- Builders & Developers
- Dealers & Distributors
- Corporate CXOs
- Infrastructure Companies
- Government Organizations
- Exporters
Mature Communication Skills
- Excellent communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable speaking with CEOs, Directors, Chairpersons and Business Owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exhibitor Sales
Generate booth bookings from:
- Manufacturers
- Importers
- Exporters
- Associations
- Startups
- MSMEs
- Large Corporates
Sponsorship Sales
Generate revenue through:
- Sponsorship Packages
- Branding Opportunities
- Pavilion Sales
- Conference Sponsorships
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings.
- Present Bharat Buildcon's value proposition.
- Build strategic relationships.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
Client Meetings
Expected productivity:
- Minimum 4–5 physical meetings per day.
- Minimum 20 meetings per week.
Revenue Ownership
Candidates shall be individually responsible for achieving assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
