Role Overview


We are looking for a high-impact Head of Growth & Marketing who can take complete ownership of the company’s growth engine.


This is a leadership + execution role for someone who can build, scale, and optimize multi-channel marketing systems while driving outbound growth, partnerships, and brand visibility.


The ideal candidate must have prior experience marketing services such as company incorporation, international business setup, startup visas, immigration consulting, relocation services, work permits, residency programs, global mobility, or international expansion consulting.


The candidate should be able to lead the marketing function, supervise team leads, align marketing with sales outcomes, and build scalable acquisition channels beyond paid ads.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy (awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention)
  • Own key metrics: lead quality, CAC, conversion rates, ROI
  • Build scalable systems for consistent inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Supervise team leads and ensure alignment across all marketing functions
  • Drive predictable revenue-focused growth

Performance & Digital Marketing

Lead and optimize campaigns across:

  • SEO & organic growth
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid acquisition channels
  • Funnel optimization and landing page conversion improvement
  • Lead quality enhancement
  • Ensure campaigns generate qualified business opportunities

Outbound & Demand Generation

Build and scale outbound marketing engines including:

  • Email marketing campaigns
  • LinkedIn outreach & automation
  • Cold outreach systems
  • Structured outbound pipelines for predictable lead flow
  • Reduce dependency on paid ads through outbound channels

Partnerships, Collaborations & Brand Growth

  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships and barter collaborations
  • Build relationships with startup ecosystems, founder communities, immigration networks, relocation partners, and business communities
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives to expand reach and credibility

Content, Video & Campaign Management

Lead content-driven growth strategy including:

  • Website, blogs, landing pages
  • High-conversion campaigns
  • Thought leadership content
  • Video-first marketing initiatives (reels, campaign shoots, educational videos)
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and lead generation goals

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team
  • Manage team leads across functions
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams
  • Build SOPs, reporting systems, dashboards, and accountability frameworks

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across all channels using data-driven insights
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, attribution, CAC, CPL, and efficiency
  • Continuously experiment and scale high-performing channels

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong expertise in:

  • SEO and organic growth
  • Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Outbound marketing & lead generation systems
  • Funnel building & conversion optimization
  • CRM and automation workflows
  • Brand growth strategy

Proven experience in marketing services related to:

  • Company incorporation
  • International business setup
  • Immigration services
  • Startup visa programs
  • Work permits / residency solutions
  • Relocation & global mobility
  • International expansion consulting
  • B2B professional consulting services

Hands-on experience with:

  • Partnerships & collaborations
  • Video marketing and campaign execution
  • Multi-channel acquisition strategies beyond paid ads
  • Team leadership and management


Candidate Profile

Mandatory Experience: 6 to 8 Years Only

Candidates outside this experience bracket may not be considered.


Must Have Relevant Experience in the Following:

  • Company incorporation / overseas business setup
  • Immigration / visa consulting
  • Startup visa / entrepreneur visa services
  • Relocation / global mobility services
  • Residency / work permit consulting
  • International expansion advisory
  • Cross-border B2B consulting services


Ideal Candidate Should Be:

  • Strong execution-focused leader who moves quickly from strategy to action
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proven in building teams, systems, funnels, and revenue growth engines
  • Strong in both inbound and outbound growth models
  • Experienced with international markets, especially Europe
