Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance based in Chandigarh, India. The role involves overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, developing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and providing strategic financial guidance. The Head of Finance will collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with organizational goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and support effective decision-making through in-depth analysis.

Qualifications

• CA certification is must
• 5+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Budgeting and Finance skills
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Ability to provide strategic financial insights and drive operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
