Head Finance Account

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head Finance Account role based in Distt Kangra (HP). The Head Finance Account will oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Responsibilities include managing budgeting processes, monitoring cash flows, and providing financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. The role involves supervising the finance and accounts team, implementing internal controls, and coordinating with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders. The Head Finance Account will also be expected to improve financial processes, ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations, and support senior leadership with insightful financial reports.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to manage end-to-end accounting and financial management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Experience in Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring variance to support planning and performance management.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent, with substantial post-qualification experience in a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to high ethical standards.
• Effective communication, people management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Exposure to consulting, assurance, or professional services environments is an advantage.
