Company Description :

• Powerparts Pvt Ltd. is an authorized Perkins (Caterpillar Group Company) distributor responsible for Perkins engine, aftermarket and product support business for northern and eastern part of India and Bhutan.

Role Description :

• Regular Finance operations – financial planning and modelling
• Business finance and accounting process
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Internal and statutory audits
• Financial due diligence
• Managing compliance
• Managing receivable and cash flow
• Asset updating and maintaining depreciation schedule
• Managing payroll, vendor payment, PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS etc.
• Banking and Insurance company handling
• GST return filing and management
• Preparation of statement of ROC filing
• Cross functional coordination
• Business MIS 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
• 8-12 Years industry experience preferably in engineering projects, manufacturing & allied industries.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian businesses.
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software.
• Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and ethical approach to financial management.
