Role summary :

Own engineering end-to-end at 30 Sundays. You’ll build the customer product and internal platforms that power booking, personalization, sales productivity, ops automation, and vendor workflows—while leading a 20–30 person engineering org with high speed and high quality.

What you’ll build

1) Consumer App (first-of-its-kind experience)

Invent a new holiday booking UX combining AI + video content for inspiration, personalization, and decision-making—designed to feel radically better than “forms and PDFs.”

2) Automate Sales tasks using AI

AI copilots and workflows for lead qualification, itinerary drafts, follow-ups, CRM updates, and faster closure—measurably improving conversion and turnaround time.

3) Automate Ops tasks using AI

Automation across reservations, customization, audits, and on-trip issue resolution—reducing manual work, errors, and escalations while improving reliability.

4) Vendor App

A vendor-facing app for partners/DMCs to manage availability, confirmations, changes, documents, and SLAs—built for speed and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Own architecture, delivery cadence, engineering quality, security, and reliability.

• Build and run strong execution rituals (planning, reviews, releases, incident response).

• Hire, coach, and manage engineering leaders; set clear ownership and standards.

• Partner tightly with Product, Ops, and Growth to ship what moves conversion, margin and customer love.

What we’re looking for

• Tier-1 education: IITs / top NITs / BITS (preferred).

• 6–10 years building in early-stage startups with high ownership and speed.

• Consumer startup experience preferred (strong product sense + UX bar).

• Proven experience managing 20–30 people (multiple teams, managers, performance systems).

• Strong system design + execution depth: can go from roadmap to shipped outcomes fast.
