Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Head of Ecommerce to oversee and drive the growth of our online sales channels. Based on-site in Gurugram, this leadership role involves creating and executing ecommerce strategies aligned with the company's goals. Key responsibilities include managing online marketing campaigns, driving user acquisition and retention, optimizing customer experience, overseeing website performance, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Ecommerce Strategy, Digital Marketing, and driving online customer acquisition
• Proficient in Website Optimization, User Experience (UX), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Data analysis and reporting skills to derive insights from performance analytics and make data-driven decisions
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders in marketing, supply chain, and product management
• Proven track record of delivering growth in ecommerce sales and improving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
• Relevant experience in managing direct-to-consumer ecommerce platforms
