Job Purpose

The role will lead and oversee Finance & Accounts, HR, IT, Administration, and Logistics functions. This role places strong emphasis on financial leadership, governance, and business partnering, while ensuring operational excellence across support functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong finance background along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a regulated, growth-oriented environment such as medical devices.

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
• 12–18 years of experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong experience in manufacturing and/or medical devices/pharma sector preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, compliance, and audits.
• Experience managing multiple support functions (HR, Admin, IT, Logistics) is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools.
