Reporting Manager: Chairman/Vice Chairman

Experience: 5 to 10 years in Educational area.

Job Description:

• Admissions Management: Oversee the entire admission process from inquiry to enrolment.
• Counselling & Guidance: Provide accurate information and counselling to prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career pathways.
•  Outreach & Promotion: Coordinate admission campaigns, school visits, career fairs, and digital outreach to attract quality applicants.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain admission records, prepare reports, and analyse trends to support strategic planning.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and institutional policies during the admission process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and administration to align admission goals with institutional objectives.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related fields).
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or academic administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Anyone with lesser experience, yet having the zeal to achieve this benchmark designation may apply as well
