Head - Manufacturing Engg. | Electromechanical Products MNC

Reporting to two different leaders (admin and functional), this role is responsible for:

• Collaborating with APAC R&D to develop new products and optimize manufacturing processes
• Managing end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) and transfer projects to mass production
• Designing production concepts including equipment, automation, and digitalization
• Leading process validation, documentation approval, and production line capacity planning
• Driving cross-functional problem solving, continuous improvement, and team delivery
• Leading Greenfield expansion and technology transfer activities
  
  

An idead candidate will be Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering with atleast 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering roles. They will have experience of working with electromechanical or rotary products with controllers (HVAC, Pumps, Motors, Dynamic Household appliances or other movable systems).

They must be adept in Change Management, PPAP, PFMEA, working with R&D on NPI, Automation and Equipment decisions to lead post development to productionisation activities. They must have also experience of Greenfield or Brownfield expansion projects in their tenure.
