The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across our production facilities.
This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence by driving productivity, quality, on-time delivery, cost optimisation and continuous improvement while developing a strong, high-performance operations culture.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build scalable systems, strengthen execution and prepare the organisation for its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all manufacturing operations across multiple production units.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity and capacity planning.
- Ensure world-class performance in quality, delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Improve manufacturing cost and operational profitability.
- Build robust production planning and execution processes.
- Develop and mentor a strong operations leadership team.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between Production, PPC, QA, Supply Chain and Product Development.
- Implement systems, KPIs and performance management across operations.
- Ensure high standards of compliance, safety and operational discipline.
Ideal Candidate
- 15–20+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience in textiles, apparel, fashion accessories, consumer products or export manufacturing preferred.
- Proven success leading multiple factories or large manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
- Excellent commercial understanding with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or operational excellence initiatives is an advantage.
- Passion for building systems and scaling organizations.
