Why This Role Matters

As Head – FP&A, you will own GoKwik’s financial planning, performance management, and decision-support charter. This role is a key strategic partner to the founders and leadership team, enabling informed decision-making through robust financial discipline, insightful reporting, and scalable FP&A frameworks. You will play a central role in shaping GoKwik’s growth trajectory, balancing speed with financial rigor, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into business performance.

What You’ll Own

• Annual operating plans, budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS for leadership, Board, and investors
• Management dashboards covering revenue, margins, unit economics, CAC/LTV, and cost drivers
• Forecast vs. actual variance analysis with actionable business insights
• Financial performance reviews with founders and senior leadership
• Cost planning, tracking, controls, and optimisation initiatives
• ROI evaluation for growth, product, and operational investments
• Vendor-level provisions, cost allocation, and accurate expense tagging
• Standardisation and automation of FP&A reports, models, and templates
• Financial readiness for audits, Board meetings, and investor discussions
• Strategic finance partnering with functional and business heads
• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing FP&A team
  
  

Who You Are

• 12–15 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial strategy roles
• Experience in high-growth fintech, SaaS, D2C, or consumer-tech environments
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI frameworks
• Proven ability to partner with CXOs and influence decisions using data-backed insights
• Hands-on experience building scalable, automated MIS and reporting systems
• Strong commercial acumen with a balanced approach to growth and financial discipline
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
