Contracts Management Develop, negotiate, review, and finalize EPC, turnkey, item‑rate, service, consultancy, sub‑contract and supply contracts Lead pre‑award and post‑award contract administration, including: Handle claims management, variations, amendments, disputes, and arbitration coordination Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and internal governance Provide contract advisory support to project teams and senior management Define and implement procurement strategies for projects and operations Oversee: Ensure timely availability of materials aligned with project schedules Establish strategic sourcing, framework agreements, and long‑term rate contracts Drive cost reduction initiatives, value engineering, and supplier optimization Develop and maintain a qualified vendor base Conduct vendor assessments, audits, and performance reviews Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and commercial adherence Resolve supplier disputes and commercial conflicts Monitor and control project procurement budgets Evaluate landed cost, lifecycle cost, and total cost of ownership (TCO) Support finance in:

- Provisioning and closures
- Ensure compliance with:
- Company policies
- Applicable laws (Contract Act, GST, import/export regulations, etc.)
- Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and supply chain risks
- Maintain documentation for audits and statutory inspections
- Lead, mentor, and develop contracts & materials teams
- Establish SOPs, delegation matrices, and approval frameworks
- Provide strategic inputs to board / leadership on commercial matters
- BE / BTech (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain / Procurement / Finance / Operations preferred
- LLB or Diploma in Contract Management (added advantage)
- 15–25 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5–10 years in a senior leadership role handling contracts & procurement
- Strong exposure to large‑scale projects / multi‑location operations
