Head Cashier

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Cashier at Fashion Factory's store location in Kanayannur. The Head Cashier will oversee daily cashier operations, ensure smooth point-of-sale (POS) processes, handle customer transactions, manage cash registers, and maintain customer service excellence. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring cashier team members, troubleshooting register issues, and assisting management with financial reporting and cash reconciliation.

• Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Previous experience in retail or cashier supervisory roles is a plus
