Job Description

Job Location - Delhi NCR, Pune Hybrid and Remote both possible


Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-agency, outcome-driven leader to build and scale our college and university partnerships business. This role owns end-to-end revenue from the campus segment — from strategy → pipeline → closure → expansion.

You will work at the intersection of mental health, education, and institutional sales, building programs that drive both student wellbeing impact and sustainable revenue growth.

Mission: Shaping how young adults access mental health support at scale.



Revenue ownership:

Own revenue for the college/university segment

Design and execute B2B + B2B2C hybrid monetization models

Build pricing, packaging, and deal structures (semester/year contracts, bundles, pilots)

Identify and strategize niche segments


Business Development & Nurturing Partnerships:


- Identify and pursue new college partnerships

- Have a nurtured network of relationships with decision makers (Deans, prinicipals, VPs, education trusts, Chief Admin, etc)

- Build and grow relationships with decision-makers (Principals, VPs, Deans, Education trusts, placement Heads, welfare committees )

-Working knowledge of tender systems for govt colleges

-Working knowledge of outreach to pvt colleges + building GTM for pvt colleges

- Pitch and close deals for our campus wellbeing programs

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for colleges

- Achieve revenue and growth targets



Key Responsibilities:

-Prospect-> values-driven /consultative sales -> negotiation ->closure -> check-ins with client/nurture relationship

- Map and target colleges for partnerships

- Conduct need analysis and pitch our programme

- Negotiate and close deals with colleges

- Manage partner relationships and ensure success

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

-Build alliances with university networks, edtech platforms, and other adjacent partners


(Eventually) Pipeline & Team Building

  • Build and manage a lean high-performing campus sales team
  • Set targets, sales processes, CRM hygiene, and reporting cadence
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation (events, referrals, partnerships)

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales / in a mission driven / health/social sector/mental health/education industry

- Experience in edtech/education/college sales is plus

- Track record of closing large ticket institutional sales

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

- Ready to be where the client is and walk the corridors

- MBA or relevant degree

-Consultative sales with relationship building & management mindset
