Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Development in Social and Government Research, located in Delhi, India. The role involves leading business development initiatives, managing relationships with clients in the social and government sector, and identifying opportunities for project acquisition. Key responsibilities include overseeing research projects, developing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions. Additional duties include managing customer relationships, presenting to stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and decision-making
• Expertise in business planning and development strategies
• Proven ability in building and managing customer relationships and providing excellent client service
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and presentations
• Experience in working with government and social sector projects is highly preferred
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with market research techniques and tools
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field is an advantage
