HEAD – BILLING & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT(HIGHWAY EPC&HAM)

Role Purpose

Udit Group of Companies Limited is expanding its corporate team as part of its next phase of growth in highway and infrastructure development.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project billing and client contract administration for highway EPC projects.

The role will oversee preparation and submission of RA bills, measurement verification, contract compliance, and payment tracking for ongoing infrastructure projects.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining healthy project cash flow, ensuring timely billing, accurate measurement documentation, and compliance with contractual procedures.

The role will coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, planning teams, and client authorities to ensure that project revenues are billed and realised efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Billing (RA Bills)

• Prepare and review Running Account (RA) bills for highway projects
• Verify quantities based on site measurements and BOQ items
• Ensure proper documentation for bill submissions

Measurement Verification

• Review measurement sheets and quantity calculations from site teams
• Ensure quantities align with BOQ provisions and executed work
• Maintain accurate billing records

Contract Administration

• Review EPC contract conditions and billing provisions
• Ensure billing procedures comply with contractual requirements
• Monitor milestone payments and billing timelines

Payment Tracking

• Follow up with client authorities for bill certification and payment release
• Maintain records of certified bills, pending bills, and payment status
• Identify delays in billing approvals and escalate issues

Claim Management

• Assist in preparation of variation claims and additional work claims
• Support documentation for claims related to scope changes or delays
• Coordinate with project teams to substantiate claims

Coordination With Project Teams

• Work closely with site engineers and project managers to track executed work
• Provide guidance to site billing teams on documentation requirements
• Ensure consistency in billing practices across projects

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have strong experience in:

• RA billing procedures for highway EPC projects
• quantity measurement and BOQ reconciliation
• client billing documentation for infrastructure projects
• contract provisions related to project payments

Experience Requirement

10–18 years in billing or contract administration for infrastructure projects.

Candidates must have worked on highway or large civil projects valued above ₹100 crore.

Preferred Candidate Background

Suitable candidates may currently be working as:

• Billing Manager – Highway Projects
• Contracts Manager – EPC Projects
• Project Billing Manager – Infrastructure
• Senior Billing Engineer – Highway EPC

Experience in companies such as:

• Dilip Buildcon
• PNC Infratech
• KNR Constructions
• Ashoka Buildcon
• GR Infraprojects

will be strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
