Role Description

The Guest Service Associate- Housekeeping will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards for guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. Key responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, handling guest requests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent service quality will be central to this role. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Lucknow location.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
