Role Description As a Growth Specialist Intern (volunteer, remote), you will support initiatives that expand user adoption and engagement across students, professionals, institutions, and employers. You will assist in identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, and tracking performance metrics across digital channels and partnerships. Daily tasks may include market and user research, supporting outreach and sales activities, preparing presentations, and coordinating small projects or campaigns with cross-functional team members. You will help refine messaging, improve user journeys, and document learnings from growth tests to inform future strategies. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, early-stage environment focused on the future of careers.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven growth experiments.
- Effective communication skills for clear writing, presentations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in growth hacking, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and user acquisition tactics.
- Comfort with sales-related activities such as outreach, lead follow-up, and supporting partnership or customer conversations.
- Basic project management abilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate contributions across team members.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, analytics, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and able to manage tasks independently with guidance from mentors.
- Interest in career technology, AI, or edtech, and willingness to learn new tools and methods quickly.
Stipend :
15000/- per month
Duration: 6 months (onsite)
