Job Description

As a AI Consultant, your primary responsibility will be managing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes, also working with the Technology Team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and corresponding management of dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Arabic Language. And should be able understand/speak Arabic to handle the technical audience.
• Supporting Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications and budgets.
• Providing management to maintain a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives.
• Managing, monitoring and reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees.
• Enforcing process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise, such as disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes, or continuous DevOps pipelines development.
• Helping with the development and running of the programme management office or project management practice.
• Ensuring adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, security controls and technology architecture designs.
• Establishing effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework, and coordinating cross DevOps and cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Project Management / PMO skills e.g. Managing, leading and actively undertake planning, risks & issues management.
• Ability to deliver programmes including development, deployment and production.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working alongside Lines of Business and group/regional delivery partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbally.
• Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology.
• Project Management / PMO experience.
• Self-starter, who can work pro-actively with minimum supervision.
• Highly developed analytical skills with a demonstration of being decisive and tenacious.
• Should be able to communicate and coordinate with the client properly.
• Should have experience in Arabian language.
• Should have good translation skills.
• Management skills are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills are required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy of work.
• Flexible to work in shift.
• IT industry experience for at-least 2-3 years will be preferred.
• Ready to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
