We are actively looking for a high-energy, customer-facing Growth Specialist (3–6 years' experience) to join our Noida office and drive solutioning, industry demos, and client engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• High-energy, proactive, and customer-facing personality
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Comfortable conducting face-to-face (F2F) meetings with CXOs and business stakeholders
• Ability to understand client pain points and map them to technology solutions
• Confident in delivering industry-specific demos and solution walkthroughs
• Strong ownership mindset with a consultative approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience Required

• 3–6 years of experience in Client Solutions, Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting roles
• Experience working with IT services, product engineering, AI/GenAI, digital transformation, or software solutions companies
• Exposure to enterprise domains such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare, or similar industries is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and requirements
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Deliver compelling product, platform, and industry-specific demonstrations
• Prepare solution proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design customized solutions
• Support sales teams during client meetings, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and deal closures
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

• Demo-to-opportunity conversion rate
• Win rate on supported deals
• Proposal turnaround time
• Customer feedback from meetings and workshops
• Contribution to pipeline growth
