Role
You'll be our first dedicated growth hire. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role — you'll own the outbound motion end-to-end and help us identify and execute on new growth channels. We're not targeting Fortune 500s. We're going after design agencies, dev shops, creative studios, and mid-sized product teams who review work with clients and teammates regularly.
What You'll Do
Outbound (your primary focus):
- Research and build targeted prospect lists — agencies, freelancers, and mid-sized teams who manage visual feedback workflows with clients
- Write and run personalised cold email sequences (not spammy blasts — genuinely relevant, human outreach)
- Reach out via LinkedIn to relevant personas: agency owners, project managers, creative directors, heads of product
- Qualify leads, run initial conversations, and hand off warm prospects to the founder for closing
- Iterate on messaging based on reply rates, objections, and conversion signals
Growth exploration:
- Identify and execute product launches on platforms like Product Hunt, Peerlist, BetaList, and niche communities
- Find and engage relevant communities — Slack groups, Reddit threads, Facebook groups, IndieHackers, where our ICP hangs out
- Spot partnership, co-marketing, or integration listing opportunities (Notion, Jira, Slack marketplaces, etc.)
- Surface ideas for content, comparison pages, or campaigns — and help execute them
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in a growth, SDR, outbound sales, or marketing role — ideally at a SaaS company or digital agency
- You've written cold emails that actually got replies. You know what personalisation really means.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach — not just connecting, but actually starting conversations
- Familiar with tools like Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, Clay, or similar prospecting/sequencing tools
- Strong written English — clear, concise, no fluff
- Self-starter. You won't be given a finished playbook. You'll help build it.
- Bonus: experience with Product Hunt launches, community-led growth, or SaaS affiliate/partner programs
