Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute GTM campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Marketo /Meta/ HubSpot)
  • Plan and optimize paid media & performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta)
  • Manage lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle automation aligned to sales priorities
  • Drive MQL-to-SQL conversion through data-driven funnel optimisation
  • Support product/solution launches and partner-led GTM campaigns
  • Track and optimize CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Content, Digital, and Alliances teams for integrated GTM execution
  • Partner with sales teams to align campaigns with account-based and opportunity-driven GTM motions
  • Support partner-led GTM and co-marketing initiatives where applicable
  • Build dashboards and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and funnel performance
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve engagement and outcome


Required Skills

  • 2–4 years in GTM, Marketing Automation, Demand Gen, ABM or Performance Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta – B2B focus)
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, and CRM integration (Salesforce preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills
