Job Description

Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Department Head in providing in-house marketing services to RBG initiatives, collaborating with Product and Program teams in the execution of their strategies via campaigns, promos, product development and enhancement or updates, managing their budgets and contributing to the Group’s achievement of overall targets and customer satisfaction. This role will also support all the branches and provide marketing assistance geared towards driving sales and productivity.

How will you contribute?

Supplier and items sourcing, negotiation and management, printing and deployment of marketing collaterals, promos/campaigns services, logistics support.
Assist the Department Head in budget management, tracking and monitoring, budget requests and approvals, purchase requisitions and payments, internal and external incentive payouts.
Provide marketing support for the branches – marketing collaterals, promo items and giveaways, merchandising and sales activities. Attend queries and concerns.
Handle events and RBG conferences, RBG HO teams’ sales activities, projects support as needed.

What will make you successful?

2-years work experience in the same field, familiar in working with advertising/events/incentives agencies, communication skills (verbal and written), computer skills, decision making, delegation, interpersonal skills, judgment, mental agility skills, leadership, managing people, mentoring, multi-tasking, negotiating skills, self-sufficiency, speed, stress tolerance, time management
Preferably with some creative skills like Photoshop or Canva.
