Are you a growth marketer who thinks in revenue, not just reach? We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own regional expansion — someone who connects data, consumer insight, and channel strategy to drive real business outcomes.
Position: Growth Marketing Manager
Experience: 5-10 years
Location: Bengaluru (Yelachenahalli)
What you'll own
You'll be the single point of accountability for regional revenue growth — setting targets, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring every rupee spent drives measurable ROI. From digital performance campaigns to hyperlocal activations and CRM journeys, you'll run the full funnel.
Day to day, you will
- Drive customer acquisition through Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic channels with a sharp eye on CAC and ROAS
- Build region-specific growth roadmaps using RFM, CLV, and competitive intelligence
- Design and execute CRM journeys (SMS, email, WhatsApp) for engagement and reactivation
- Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and formats — continuously
- Bridge brand-building (top-of-funnel) to conversion and retention (bottom-of-funnel)
- Report performance KPIs with actionable insights across traffic, footfall, conversion, and margin
You're a strong fit if you have
- Academics - MBA/PGP/ PDGM Marketing
- 5+ years in performance/growth marketing
- Budget & P&L ownership
- Attribution modeling
- A/B testing & campaign optimization
- Customer segmentation, personas, and growth drivers (RFM, AOV, CLV, CAC/ROAS)
- Google Analytics & Ads Manager
- CRM-led customer journeys
- Regional consumer insight
