ABOUT AgentOS

AgentOS is a pre-seed AI agent governance platform built for the enterprise. We sit between AI agents and the systems they operate on — monitoring every action, enforcing runtime controls, and generating the audit trail that regulated industries now require.


We're MCP-native, open source at the core, and already integrated with LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, and Microsoft Copilot. We are targeting the BFSI market in India, the UK, and the EU — exactly where regulatory pressure is highest.


The timing is right with RBI FREE-AI mandates AI governance across all banks, NBFCs, and fintechs — active now. The EU AI Act requires high-risk AI in financial services to comply by August 2026, with fines up to €35M. Gartner puts AI governance at a $1B+ market, and 88% of enterprises had an AI agent security incident last year.


THE ROLE

You will be our first sales hire. There is no playbook yet — you're writing it. Your mandate is to convert our existing pipeline into paying customers, build the BFSI go-to-market motion from scratch, and put us on the path to $20M ARR.


This is not a role for someone who needs warm inbound leads, a large SDR team, or a polished brand behind them. This is a role for someone who has done this before — who has walked into a bank's risk committee, understood their regulatory exposure, and closed a six-figure enterprise deal.


WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Pipeline & Revenue

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract
  • Start free pilots immediately
  • Convert pilots into a paying deal within 60 days
  • Build a pipeline of 10+ qualified BFSI opportunities in the first quarter
  • Target $500K ARR in Year 1, $3M+ by Year 2


Go-to-Market Motion

  • Define and build the enterprise sales playbook for BFSI from scratch
  • Identify and prioritise target accounts across Indian banks, NBFCs, and EU/UK financial institutions
  • Develop regulatory-led pitch materials with the founding team
  • Build partner relationships with consulting firms (BCG, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Everest, A&M etc)


Customer Success (Early Stage)

  • Personally manage the first 5–10 customer relationships post-close
  • Lead pilot scoping, implementation kick-offs, and 60-day reviews
  • Capture case studies and reference quotes from each lighthouse customer
  • Feed product feedback directly to the founding team


Team & Company Building

  • Work directly with the CEO on fundraising narrative and investor meetings
  • Help recruit and onboard the next 2–3 sales hires as we scale
  • Represent Originbluy at key industry events: Money20/20, Fintech Festival, AI Summit
  • Own the CRM setup and sales reporting infrastructure


YOU ARE

Must-haves

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 4 years exclusively in BFSI
  • Proven track record closing $100K–$500K ACV deals with Indian or UK/EU financial institutions
  • Direct relationships with CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, or Heads of AI/ML at banks or NBFCs
  • Fluency in at least one major regulatory framework: RBI FREE-AI, EU AI Act, SEBI AI guidelines, or MAS TRM
  • Experience selling compliance, security, risk management, or AI/ML platforms into regulated industries
  • Comfortable being the first and only salesperson — you can source, qualify, and close independently


Strong signals

  • You've sold an early-stage (Series A or earlier) product into enterprise accounts
  • You understand the difference between a CISO conversation and a CRO conversation — and can hold both
  • You've built a partner co-sell motion with a Big 4 or global SI
  • You've used regulatory deadlines as the primary commercial lever in a deal
  • You have existing relationships at HDFC, Axis, Kotak, ICICI, Barclays, or Standard Chartered
  • You're open to an equity-heavy compensation package at a pre-seed company
