Growth Marketing Manager

All Together Wellness is a clinician-owned, integrative pediatric and family wellness practice serving families across Northeast Florida. We prioritize filled schedules, sustainable revenue, and deep community trust—not influencer marketing or vanity metrics.

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to increase referrals and membership enrollments through community relationships, referral marketing, and purpose-driven campaigns. This role executes a growth and marketing vision developed in collaboration with the CEO. Strategic ownership will expand over time as the role matures.

• Execute marketing initiatives to drive cash-pay services and memberships

• Build and nurture local referral relationships

• Represent ATW at community events

• Capture on-site content tied to bookings

• Track referral sources and conversions

• Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or local service marketing

• Understanding of referral-based growth

• Comfortable with in-person outreach

• Organized and execution-focused

• Bonus: personal experience with pediatric healthcare systems
