Job Description
About the role:
BDM responsible for Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities across corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential marketing. Lead client acquisition efforts, including Preparing and presenting proposals, pitch decks & commercials.
Key Responsibilities
· Own revenue generation for:
· 360° Digital Marketing solutions
· Offline / BTL marketing campaigns
· Corporate events of all types
· Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients & brand decision-makers
· Lead and mentor the BDE Executive team
· Design sales strategies and market outreach plans
· Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks & commercials
· Close high-value retainers, campaigns & corporate event contracts
· Drive repeat business and long-term client accounts
· Coordinate with digital, creative & event execution teams
· Track pipeline, forecasts & team performance
· Represent the company at corporate meetings & industry networking events.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
· 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales (event management or related industry preferred)
· Ability to communicate in 2–3 regional languages would be added advantage.
