Client - They are one of the largest D2C Food Brands operating in a Spices / Pre-mixes and Ready to Eat (Speciality Cuisine)


About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Manager (Quick Commerce) to own and scale our presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now, etc.). This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the unique dynamics of dark-store retail — assortment, visibility, pricing, and demand generation — and can translate that understanding into rapid, profitable growth.


You'll be the primary driver of our quick commerce strategy, working closely with category managers at platform partners, and cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams internally.


What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end P&L and growth targets for all quick commerce platforms
  • Build and manage relationships with category and account teams at platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now
  • Drive listing quality, assortment expansion, and city/dark-store level availability
  • Plan and execute platform marketing spends (ad placements, banners, sponsored listings) to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics: sales, visibility, conversion, stock availability, and ratings/reviews
  • Negotiate trade terms, margins, and promotional calendars with platform partners
  • Partner with supply chain teams to ensure inventory planning and fill-rate targets are met across dark stores
  • Track competitor activity and pricing on quick commerce platforms and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track performance and present growth plans to leadership
  • Identify and pilot new cities/platforms for expansion


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or growth roles, with a strong focus on quick commerce
  • Proven track record of scaling an FMCG or food & beverage brand on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar
  • Strong understanding of quick commerce economics — margins, trade spends, ROAS, and platform P&L levers
  • Hands-on experience with platform seller/partner dashboards and analytics tools
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills with platform category teams
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to drive decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with minimal hand-holding
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory


Good to Have

  • Experience launching a brand on quick commerce from scratch
  • Familiarity with D2C or e-commerce growth in addition to quick commerce
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth FMCG/food brand environment
