Growth Manager

Job Title: Growth Manager (B2C – Fintech)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager with 3–5 years of experience to drive user growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention for our lending portfolio, including secured & unsecured loans, credit cards, and gold loans.

This role requires strong ownership of the user lifecycle, funnel performance, and CRM-led growth initiatives, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth across secured & unsecured loans, credit cards, and gold loan products across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Own end-to-end funnel performance — identify drop-offs, analyse user behaviour, and implement optimizations to improve conversion.
• Manage lifecycle communication across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS, and Push using CRM platforms like CleverTap/MoEngage.
• Leverage data and cohort analysis to track performance, generate insights, and drive measurable growth outcomes.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams (Google & Meta) to improve acquisition quality and downstream conversions.
• Plan and execute experiments and A/B tests across journeys and channels.
• Maintain strong ownership over reporting accuracy, data interpretation, and growth metrics.
