Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Lead - D2C at our office in Noida. The Growth Lead will be responsible for overseeing and driving strategic plans to accelerate revenue growth for direct-to-consumer brands. This involves implementing growth hacking strategies, optimizing sales funnels, managing projects, and analyzing performance data. You will work closely with other teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with business objectives while maintaining strong client communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and utilizing insights to drive decision-making and growth
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Expertise in growth hacking techniques and strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention
  • Proven track record in sales and business development to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee project execution
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in the eCommerce or D2C domain is a plus
