Role Description
The Growth Executive - B2B SaaS role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in enterprise segment, managing key accounts, and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves technical presentations, collaborating with internal teams, leading client presentations, managing customer relationships, and providing insights to improve products and services. This role is integral to fostering partnerships and expanding the company's client base in the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales, Enterprise Saas sales and Management skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and optimize revenue streams
- 0-1 year experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Experience in Analytical Skills to assess market trends, derive insights, and strengthen decision-making processes
- Capability in Team Management to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the SaaS or technology sector
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales/marketing software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
