The Role

We are looking for a Hyderabad-based leader to head operations and client delivery across our investment management businesses spanning private assets and retail assets.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the investment management operating environment, is strong with clients and teams and is deeply aligned to technology, automation and AI. The role offers a wide canvas in a startup setting with exposure not just to delivery, but also to product thinking, process innovation, client engagement and the shaping of new ways of working.

We are especially keen to meet high-potential, early-to-mid-career leaders who bring strong execution energy, contemporary thinking and the appetite to build in a fast-moving environment.

Key Mandate

• Lead operations and client delivery across businesses and client engagements
• Drive service quality, execution discipline and team performance
• Work closely with clients, internal teams, product and technology
• Introduce stronger automation, process improvement and AI-led ways of working
• Contribute to new products, new processes and scalable operating models

Ideal Profile

A strong operator from the investment management ecosystem who brings credibility, ownership, team leadership, client confidence and a clear affinity for modern technology. Someone with a friendly disposition, strong attitude and the ability to thrive in a fluid, high-growth startup environment. Hyderabad-based candidates will be strongly preferred.
