 ROLE: GROWTH CONSULTANT (SALES)

As a Growth Consultant at Being Health, you will:

• Represent a therapist-led mental health service with real impact
• Help individuals understand how structured mental health support can improve their lives
• Work in a base salary + performance-based commission model
• Have clear growth opportunities based on consistency and performance
• Be part of a purpose-driven organization where what you sell actually helps people

This role requires empathy, clarity, responsibility, and strong communication skills.

Working Mode:Remote

Working Days: 6 days working , Sunday fixed off

Working Hours: 9AM- 7PM

Compensation Details: 25k fixed + Incentives (60k to 2 lacs)
