Role Description

We are looking for a creative, self-driven, and growth-focused Growth Associate to help expand the reach of Zeranda. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digital marketing, social media, short-form content creation, and experimenting with growth strategies. Since this is a junior-level part-time opportunity, the selected candidate can work from anywhere, anytime.

This is a part-time, performance-based role where your primary focus will be generating product awareness, driving user sign-ups, and creating engaging content across multiple social platforms.

Primary Responsibilities and Skills:

Mandatory:

• Promote Zeranda across social media, communities, and relevant groups to drive sign-ups (paid per successful sign-up)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, or growth marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other online communities.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to identify relevant communities for product promotion.
• Comfortable tracking campaign performance and reporting basic metrics.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of AI products or SaaS applications.

Good to have:

• Create short feature videos/reels (30–60 sec) showcasing Zeranda's key features for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as Canva, InShot, or similar.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Additional Skills:

• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation support, basic outreach, and assisting with conversion-focused initiatives.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in a startup or technology environment and an interest in AI or productivity tools will be an added advantage.
• Prior reels/content experience is a plus, not mandatory
