Growth Associate – Special Projects & New Initiatives

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, detail-oriented Growth Associate to work on special projects and new initiatives focused on expanding INDmoney’s trader and investor ecosystem.

This is a high-visibility role that involves working closely with senior leadership across Growth, Product, Content, and Marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills (both written and oral), and ability to create structured, insight-driven presentations. A genuine interest in trading and investing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow special projects and new initiatives aimed at growing INDmoney’s trader and investor base including but not limited to:

1. Community Building & Engagement

• Build and scale trader and investor communities
• Drive daily engagement through relevant discussions, updates, and campaigns
• Act as a bridge between users and internal teams
• Gather structured feedback and convert insights into actionable recommendations

2. Events

• Identify relevant industry events and representation opportunities
• Manage end-to-end execution (planning, coordination, follow-ups)
• Prepare event briefs, decks, and post-event impact reports

3. Partnerships & other growth avenues

• Research and evaluate potential growth avenues
• Assist in outreach, onboarding, and activation of partners
• Monitor performance and create periodic review decks
• Recommend optimization strategies based on data and research

What We Are Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Consulting or Product roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PPT creation skills (structured thinking, storytelling, visual clarity)
• Strong research and analytical skills (market research, competitor tracking, trend analysis)
• Deep interest in trading, investing, and financial markets - Personal investing/trading experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives
• Highly proactive, structured, and execution-focused mindset
• Basic SQL skills are a plus
