Job Description
Adobe is seeking an experienced and hardworking Group Product Manager to join Adobe Document Cloud product management team in Noida. In this role You will collaborate with a versatile team to craft the long-term vision for Adobe Document Cloud apps and innovate with Generative AI.

What You'll Do
- Define and champion the product vision and strategy for your products.
- Be a core member of the product management leadership team, guiding Adobe's overall product strategy for flagship offerings in Document Cloud.
- Partner with very hardworking engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive business success.
- Complete product strategy, roadmap, and requirements in collaboration with customers, partners, internal product teams, engineering, and senior management.
- Conduct in-depth research on customer and market needs, and perform competitive analyses.
- Define prioritized feature requirements and develop a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Measure and assess the efficacy of the product roadmap to ensure customer delight and business success.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, marketing, support, and partners to deliver the right product to the market.
- Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
- BS in Engineering and an MBA from a top business school (IIM, XLRI, ISB) or equivalent experience.
- 16-18 years of experience, with a minimum of 8-9 years in a post-MBA business role.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to build products that impact millions of users.
- Strong prioritization skills in ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to make data-driven recommendations and drive decisions.
- Outstanding communication and social skills, with the ability to work across teams with geographically remote members.
- Motivated self-starter attitude with the ability to learn and adapt.
- Experience in agile software development practices within a large team environment is desirable
