Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the President with the following Key Responsibilities:
- Leads day-to-day assembly operations of a fast-paced and high-growth business ensuring execution of the delivery, lead-time, quality, and efficiency requirements necessary to meet the stringent standards of our clients.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates operations procedures incorporating 5S, Kaizen, Visual factory concepts, and lean manufacturing principles; using the results to identify and implement policies and procedures that will continuously improve day-to-day operations.
- Lead supply chain strategy including sourcing, demand planning, production scheduling, and capacity management.
- Leads the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, coordinating and integrating efforts across Operations, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Human Resources to drive smoother workflows and more cost‑effective business processes.
- Inventory & Materials Management: Optimize raw material, Min/Max and safety stock analysis, work-in-progress, and finished goods flow to support production schedules and cost targets.

- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to have presence both with hourly staff as well as executive leadership. For example, being effective at daily Gemba walks as well as monthly OPS reviews with Senior Leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- At least 8 years of leadership experience in a high-volume production and/or assembly environment
- Minimum 3 years managing Supply Chain (materials, purchasing, inventory management)
- Hands-on, floor leadership style
- Customer interface experience
