Job Title: Brand Planning Manager / Brand Planner

Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Planner with 4-5 years of experience in branding-focused media and campaign planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, hands-on experience in campaign execution, and the ability to manage client relationships while leading a small team. This role requires expertise in digital branding platforms, audience planning, and storytelling to create impactful brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Create comprehensive media and campaign plans across digital platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Recommend the right audience profiles, targeting strategies, and media mix based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Build compelling campaign narratives and presentations that effectively communicate strategy and recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 12-15 members, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular performance updates.
  • Work closely with third-party publishers and partners to identify branding opportunities and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for future planning and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in branding, media planning, or digital brand strategy roles.
  • Strong experience in brand campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, including DV360, and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and third-party publishers.
  • Ability to identify and recommend audience segments and targeting approaches based on client objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience managing or leading teams of 12-15 members.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience in branding and digital media planning.
  • Experience managing multi-channel branding campaigns.
  • Knowledge of campaign measurement, audience insights, and optimization methodologies.
  • Ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable brand strategies.
