Job Title: Graphic & Web Designer

Experience Required: Junior (1–3 Years)

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Conceptualize and create engaging visuals, including images and videos, for social media, websites, emailers, Google ads, and other digital platforms.
• Design creative assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, Corel VideoStudio, and related software.
• Create, edit, and optimize graphics and multimedia content across multiple media platforms.
• Study design briefs, understand project requirements, and deliver creative solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop final creatives and campaign assets.
• Make revisions and edits to designs/videos based on feedback and project requirements.
• Test graphics and creatives across different platforms and devices to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage website updates and webpage modifications as required.
• Handle basic website design changes and content updates efficiently.
• Work on WordPress websites; WordPress knowledge is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong graphic designing and video editing skills.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Good understanding of website layouts, webpage editing, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage and update WordPress websites.
• Understanding of responsive and cross-platform design compatibility.
