Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Kozhikode. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, social media posters, carousel, Instagram promotional creatives LinkedIn business posts Facebook ad creatives Carousel post designs Reel / story cover posters developing PPTS, and crafting effective branding materials. The role requires producing high-quality graphics, handling typography with expertise, and collaborating with SEO team members to ensure alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives (Instagram posts, carousels, reels & story covers)
• Create LinkedIn business posts and Facebook ad creatives
• Develop professional presentation (PPT) designs
• Design branding and promotional materials
• Ensure strong typography, layout balance, and visual hierarchy
• Maintain brand guidelines across all creatives
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align with campaign goals

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in design
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Strong skills in Typography and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred

Requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Required Skills in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and basic After Effects.
• Ability to produce high-quality, modern visuals
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines
