Job Title: Graphic Designer – Print Media

Communication: English Must Have

Night Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Experience: 2–5 Years (Print Industry Preferred)

Location: On-site (Gandhinagar)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Print Media Graphic Designer with strong experience in print media design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating print-ready artwork and must be comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal), as the role involves interaction with international clients.

This is a night shift position (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), so candidates must be comfortable working in this schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print-ready artwork for:
• Business cards, brochures, flyers, catalogs
• Banners, signage, large-format prints
• Packaging and marketing materials
• Ensure files are production-ready (bleed, margins, resolution, color modes).
• Understand client briefs and translate them into professional designs.
• Communicate directly with clients (when required) to clarify requirements.
• Make revisions based on client feedback.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in print media design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good understanding of:
• CMYK vs RGB
• Bleed and trim settings
• DPI and print resolution
• Print production workflow
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong design aesthetics.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with international print clients.
• Knowledge of web-to-print platforms.
• Experience handling bulk artwork setup.
• Basic understanding of prepress processes.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
