Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern who understands both visual design and UI/UX basics. This role is not limited to just making social media posts. The work will be varied and may support multiple businesses.

We need someone who can create mature, clean, brand-aligned graphics. This is not an anime-style or experimental design role. The focus is professional, sharp, and structured design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts (static and carousel formats)
• Create posters and marketing creatives
• Design templates for Flashback
• Create LinkedIn carousels and professional content visuals
• Assist in designing website landing page layouts
• Contribute to basic UI/UX thinking for web pages and digital products
• Support design needs across different verticals when required

UI/UX expectations:

• Help structure landing pages properly
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, not just visually appealing
• Improve layout clarity and conversion focus
• Allow contribution beyond just graphics

We want someone who can think about how users interact with what they see, not just how it looks.

Requirements

• Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
• Strong design portfolio (social media + UI work preferred)
• Ability to create clean, professional designs
• Reliable and consistent with deadlines
• Open to varied work instead of fixed repetitive tasks
• Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
